Purpose
•Demonstrate being “faith” centered and not being afraid to “up our game” as Brother Knights/Sir Knights.
•The Knights, on occasion, move Items in a Processional and Recessional Fashion such as:
•Two Legion of Mary Ceremonies
•Lady of Guadalupe Procession
•Funeral Urn Procession
•Mother’s Day Pancake Breakfast
Current Process – Issues We Face…
• Heavy
• Difficulty in Lifting and Carrying as we get Older
• Awkward Procession Process
• Base Table has to be Positioned and Removed
• Need Strong and Able Volunteers to do this
• Unstable
• Unsafe
• Accident Prone
The Ark Will Provide:
• Stable and Controlled Movement
• Safe Funeral Urn Procession
• Opportunities for Multiple Use
• Elimination of Dropping, Tipping Over, Etc.
• Aesthetically Appealing – Will add Grandeur, Holiness, and Respect to any Procession
