On July 31, 2024 family and friends gathered at Risen Christ Church in Boise to celebrate and remember the life of Charles “Chuck” Philip Portoghesi. 17 members of the Knights of Columbus from the Treasure Valley Honor Guard were in attendance to pay our respects to a brother Sir Knight, past Grand Knight and past Faithful Navigator. The United States Navy also provided a detail for military honors, which included the presentation of the US flag to Chuck’s wife, while family and friends looked on. Rest in peace with Our Lord, brother Chuck!
