On October 16, 2025 funeral Mass was celebrated at Holy Apostles church in Meridian. The celebrant was Fr. John Legerski, with Deacon Bill Bieker. An honor guard was provided by Sir Knights of the Treasure Valley Honor Guard. Brother John passed peacefully on September 29, 2025 at age 86.
