Each year, from early March to mid-December, Silver Roses are entrusted to Knights of Columbus councils along routes extending from Canada to Mexico. Every stop the Silver Rose makes during its pilgrimage becomes a rosary-centered gathering, where Knights, parishioners, and community members come together to pray. They pray for respect for life, for the spiritual rejuvenation of each nation, and for the promotion of the message of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
On June 29, 2023, Knights of Columbus Council #11548 celebrated the Silver Rose ceremony during the daily morning Mass. The ceremony included an explanation of the Silver Rose Ceremony, followed by a Rosary led by the Council, in which members of the Parish also participated.
